40 Under 40: 2025 Honoree Veneisha Foster—Serves on Ophelia Program Advisory Committee
Veneisha Foster, General Manager, BMW of Palm Springs, didn’t set out to run a car dealership. But she quickly discovered a passion for the work and the chance to help others succeed. After graduating from Cathedral City High School, she took a cashier job at BMW of Palm Springs. Two decades later, she leads the dealership as general manager, overseeing a team of 80.
Her proudest moments have been watching employees rise into leadership roles. “I want to help people become better versions of themselves,” she says. “If I can do that by leading them, mentoring them, promoting them, teaching, whatever that looks like for them, I want to be a part of their journey.”
Foster serves on an advisory committee for the John F. Kennedy Memorial Foundation, supporting initiatives like the Ophelia Project, which mentors high school girls across the valley. “If you have a dream,” she emphasizes, “you can do it.”
